My name is Jenita Lawal, your guide on this extraordinary journey. As your Business & Life Design Strategist, my mission is to shine a light on your path, helping you navigate the twists and turns of your career and life with confidence and clarity.
For more than two decades, I’ve traversed the vast landscapes of human resources, entrepreneurship, and operations. I’ve journeyed from corporate trainer to human resources generalist, from asset manager to project management. I’ve ventured into the exciting realms of digital marketing and even operated a successful travel business since 2016. Each step along my path has enriched me, allowing me to provide a well-rounded, holistic approach to coaching.
My philosophy?
Each of us holds a lighthouse in our hearts and a lantern in our hands. The lighthouse symbolizes our big dreams, our ultimate goals.
